FAQ
Before you pick a plan
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
We block the next search until your allowance resets. A search that is already running finishes and delivers as normal. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle, and you can upgrade at any time to keep going straight away.
How many leads come with an email address?
It depends on the industry, because we can only find an email if the business publishes one. Google Maps does not show email addresses, so we visit each business website and extract what is listed there. Your allowance only counts leads that come with an email: listings we find but cannot get an email for do not count against it.
Do unused leads roll over?
No. Each cycle starts fresh at your plan's full allowance. If you finish most months with leads to spare, move down a plan; if you run out early, move up. You can change plan at any time from your billing page.
What is the difference between monthly and annual?
Annual bills once a year and works out around 20% cheaper per month. You get the same monthly lead allowance either way. Monthly bills every month and can be cancelled whenever you like.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one click from your billing page. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not ask you to talk to anyone first.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Create a free account and you get 500 leads with emails every month, no card required. The free allowance refills each month on the day you signed up, so you can keep using it while you decide.
Is it legal to scrape Google Maps?
In the United States, yes, in most cases. Courts have backed this. In hiQ Labs v. LinkedIn, the Ninth Circuit ruled that collecting public data does not break the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. We only collect what a business puts in public: its name, type, address, phone, website, and any email on its own site. How you use the list is up to you. Check the rules that apply to you, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR or CASL.
