A Google Maps lead with an email costs between $0.26 and $1.90 per 1,000 on MapsData, depending on the plan, and you only pay for leads that have an email. This page shows the arithmetic for each plan, a calculator for your own volume, and what to compare when you price any Google Maps lead tool.
All prices are in US dollars. The per-1,000 figure assumes you use the plan's full monthly allowance.
| Plan | Leads with emails a month | Monthly price | Per 1,000 (monthly) | Per 1,000 (billed yearly) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 10,000 | $19 | $1.90 | $1.50 ($15 a month) |
| Pro | 50,000 | $49 | $0.98 | $0.78 ($39 a month) |
| Scale | 300,000 | $99 | $0.33 | about $0.26 ($79 a month) |
Above 300,000 leads a month there are custom plans. See MapsData pricing for seats and per-search limits.
Many businesses on Google Maps never publish an email address, and how many varies a lot by category and place. If a tool charges for every row it returns, the rows without an email still cost you, and the real price per usable lead is higher than the headline rate. When you compare Google Maps lead tools, ask the same three questions of each:
On MapsData, only leads with an email count, each email is delivered and counted once, and one-click verification keeps only the addresses that deliver.
Building the same list by hand takes a few minutes per business: find it on Google Maps, open its website, look for an email, copy everything into a sheet. At three minutes a row, 1,000 leads is about 50 hours of work. Building your own tool on Google's Places API has its own costs: the API does not return emails, a single search stops at 60 results, and contact fields are billed at Google's highest tier (see does the Google Places API return emails?).
